We may live in our cozy care home but today we joined many others in celebrating Pride Day 2024. Residents adorned their rainbow-colored accessories and gathered in the communal areas, where we have decorated with vibrant and colourful banners. Laughter sprinkled our conversations about past experiences that bridged the generation gap between residents, visitors and staff. Pride Day here is not just a celebration of identity, but a testament to the enduring sense of community we enjoy at Woodeaves.
