For the past few months you will have noticed a few changes around the home as part of our piloting and implementation of a new scheme. You may have seen information about this on the notice board or even been sent a survey from Cheshire East and the Department of Health.
As a team we did a fantastic job of implementing the new procedures around infection control and hygiene, and with the help of our staff and the home’s domestic, Paula, you will be pleased to know that we passed all areas with flying colours. We have been issued with our certificate which is now on display in the main downstairs corridor. Thank you to everyone who completed the survey and helped organise the changes so that we could obtain this award.
